The first step is an on-site meeting to discuss your vision and priorities for your basement development. We’ll explain what we do, our design packages and how the process works.
Step two: we provide a budget and scope of work based on your needs. We send an estimate on Buildbook, our project management software platform. Here, you'll also be able to see a range of selections that fit your budget.
Step three is the final confirmation of design, selections and budget. At this point, we sign the contract, take a deposit and set up a schedule.
Step four turns your vision into reality. On average, construction takes between two to three months. At any time, you can access Buildbook to look at selections, scheduling, budget updates, change orders and more. We maintain close communication with you throughout the entire process.
The last step is the most exciting: stepping into your brand-new basement. We do a final walkthrough prior to possession; then the space is officially yours to enjoy.
